People do not buy cars in Latvia!

Seems there is big problem with people not buying cars in Latvia now. I have with me some relatives in Latvia who are not on videochat cams and I worry they soon will not have cars because being on trolley bus is not so much fun! People smeel bad and it’s dirty place for hands and nice clothings.
